THE 6 MODULES OUTLINE

Participants who aspires to become the "Certified 5 Building Blocks of Success™ Business Coach" are required attend the full 6-module program. Upon completion of the certification program, participants will be awarded the elite status as a Certified 5 Building Blocks of Success™ Coach by the Wholistic Learning Consortium. As a Certified “5 Building Blocks of Success™” coach , you’ll be granted the non-exclusive license to offer the "5 Building Blocks of Success™" program to your clients and prospects and help companies to:

1.) Think wholistically – to turn ideas into implementable projects and into profits.
2.) Do the right things and the people, process & tools to do it right, all the time.
3.) Do the things that cannot be done – create superior value & profitability.

The certification program is structured to be modular. This modular approach enables participants to start the program anytime regardless of modules. Participants can also re-take those modules that they have missed due to their work or businesses thus are able to complete the certification without disruption to their jobs or businesses. It also allows them to implement their knowledge and skills in their companies, and/or to their clients and prospects between modules.

 
Result-Driven and Crisis Turnaround Leadership - 2 days
In the current global recession, result-driven leadership skill is essential in driving the organization to turnaround the crisis faced by the organization. The complex, rapidly changing, unpredictable environment forces leaders to search for new and more effective ways to innovate and inspire people. This 2-day module is designed to respond to the needs of identifying individual leadership style leading to developing the leadership skill that drives the organizational change toward superior performance.

Customer Experience Management and Brand Leadership - 2 days
Promoting product’s features and benefits is not enough to retain old customer and attract new customer. Brand has become more important in the customer’s mind as it demonstrates what a product or service is able to offer to the customers. However, in this new concept era, people are easy to switch between brands, and experience has become the main consideration for brand preference, which results in brand leadership. This 2-day module is designed to respond to the needs of creating the unique brand identity which can be achieved through reinforcing customer’s experience that is difficult to be imitated by competitors.

Financial and Wealth Management - 2 days
Financial management is crucial to the financial health of every organization in the way the assets and liabilities are being managed for the purpose of maximizing shareholders’ wealth. Most organizations, in Asia, are established by entrepreneurs. As their businesses expand over the years, it is important for these entrepreneurs to manage risks and plan for succession which leads to the formation of a family enterprise office where the family and business needs can be identified separately. This 2-day module is designed to respond to the needs of achieving the desired financial and wealth objectives/goals by managing wealth and establishing a succession planning for the next generation in order to allocate, grow and preserve wealth.

Business Process and Execution Capability - 2 days
In this turbulent economy, to be the market leader companies need to adopt the best practice resulting in excellent execution capability. This will require organizational change and the most pragmatic way is by changing the process, not the people. This 2-day module is designed to respond to the pressing needs of being faster, better and/or cheaper than the competitor by transforming into process-driven organization that breaks down the barriers of structural departments and eliminate functional silos that prevent the integration of different functions in the organization.

Human Capital Development and Talent Retention - 2 days
Human capital is one of the most valuable assets for companies. The collective attitudes, skills, and abilities of people contribute to organizational performance and productivity. Action Learning Coaching for Professional Entrepreneurship - 2 days

Action Learning Coaching will accelerate the effectiveness of Executives and lay the foundation for honing their new competencies.
