THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Certification is really a process and a journey, which cannot be confirmed within the classroom.

Nonetheless, participants must first attend and complete in the classroom the 6 modules program of 2 full-days for each module conducted by a team of highly successful business practitioners with real and diverse experiences in business, management, consulting and coaching.

Through Action Learning Plus™ or continual learning of Know–Do–Teach cycle, participants learned most by actually applying, doing and teaching. This is when participants get involved in real projects and in applying classroom concepts in the boardrooms of your client’s organizations, coaching & teaching your clients and/or getting involved in coaching and teaching other participants. Therefore the learner must be willing to get actively involved in the experience; to reflect on the experience; to use analytical skills to conceptualize the experience; and to use the new ideas gained from the experience.

This will results in Living Skills which is faster or equal to the rate of change in the turbulent business environment impact by globalization.
